Before confirming your place on a Team Evolution Open Camp, all participants must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Activity Guidelines

  • Participants will be allocated groups before each training day commences. Participants must remain within these groups unless specifically instructed by a Team Evolution member of staff.
  • All participants should come properly prepared for a day of intensive training. This includes bringing appropriate equipment, clothing, lunch and waterbottles.
  • Trainees must arrive between 09:15 – 09:45 on the first day of the camp in order to register.
  • Trainees should arrive from 09:30 for subsequent training days.
  • All trainees must be collected between 16:00 and 16:30 on all days of the camp. The Team Evolution staff are not responsible for the wellbeing of any trainees outside of these hours.
  • All trainees are expected to be polite, courteous and respectful to others, or may be asked to leave the camp, without refund.
  • Trainees must follow the rules specified at each training facilities, pertaining to the use of lifts, access to slopes and buildings and general behaviour around the facility, or may be asked to leave by the slope management.
  • Trainees are not allowed to leave equipment unattended between sessions, and must ensure that all personal belongings are packed away in their bags, and placed in a secure location. Team Evolution accepts no responsibility for the loss and damage of personal items during the camp.
  • All equipment and personal belongings are brought and used on the training camp at each participants own risk.

First Aid Guidelines

  • Parents & spectators are not to come onto the slope, unless requested to do so. If a trainee is injured or required hospital treatment, but are able to leave the slope without expert medical support, they will be expected to leave the venue as soon as safe to do so with their parent or guardian.
  • Parents & guardians must remain on site throughout the day, or provide the Team Evolution Staff with their emergency contact details if they are required to leave the slope.
  • Parents & guardians must remain within a reasonable contactable distance in case of emergencies.
  • If there is an emergency situation or serious incident, the Team Evolution staff will call the emergency services who will decide on the best course of actions.
  • All underlying health conditions must be listed in the Athlete Details pack prior to attendance.
  • All Team Evolution Staff are First Aid trained, and are therefore legally able to provide a primary response to accidents and emergencies.
  • By signing this disclaimer form, you give consent to the Team Evolution Staff to give First Aid to your child, if required.
