Alongside our full-time alpine programme, Team Evolution coaches, support staff, and key sponsors are passionate about growing grassroots skiing within the UK, and one of our key aims is to help the next generation of racers progress in the sport. A cornerstone of this mission is our hugely successful Team Evolution UK Race Camps – presented by Rossignol & Bolle, which provide skiers of all ages and abilities the chance to develop their skills and experience the world-class coaching that defines Team Evolution.
These camps range from single-day training sessions, to week-long residential camps, held on both Dryslopes and Indoor Snow Domes. The camps are designed to allow trainees the opportunity to make significant improvements in a short space of time by exposing trainees to a variety of innovative coaching techniques and experiences. The camps not only focus on technical and tactical development, but also foster a love for the sport, helping skiers build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong passion for skiing. Trainees have the unique opportunity to ski alongside some of the UK’s best athletes and coaches, all while receiving safe, professional training in a positive, constructive, and fun environment, with excellent coach-to-athlete ratios.
Thanks to the generous support of headline sponsors – Rossignol & Bolle, as well as other camp sponsors like Ski Bartlett, Leki and Reiteralm, every trainee is guaranteed to walk away with a prize from our camp. Whether that’s a sponsor’s goodie bag, a new set of poles, helmets, goggles, sunglasses, or free alpine taster weeks, there is something for everyone when you join one of our camps. In addition, every trainee has the chance to win the prestigious “Rossignol Hero Award”, which includes a free set of skis, bindings, and accessories. This award is presented to the participant who embodies the Team Evolution ethos, showcasing outstanding effort, positivity, and teamwork throughout the camp.
