Natalia Pruska (POL)

Natalia joins Team Evolution with an outstanding pedigree in children’s coaching, having spent over a decade developing some of the most successful young racers on the circuit. Her extensive experience spans multiple national and international programmes, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to nurture talent and instil the key technical and tactical foundations required for long-term success. Natalia is familiar with the British Alpine scene, and has spent eight years working with British academies as either a Head Coach, or Youth Programme Director. In addition to these positions, Natalia has also worked with the British Children’s Team, the Armed Forces Para Snowsports Team, the British Army, and the Polish Children’s Team — gaining a broad and diverse understanding of athlete development across different environments. Her wealth of experience, professionalism, and passion for coaching make her a hugely valuable addition to the Team Evolution staff.
