Records

The physical testing records set by the student-athletes that stand the test of time.

As part of the Team Evolution Programme, athletes are regularly submitted to physical testing and screening as part of a process to improve performance, minimise injury and monitor physical development. Throughout the years the programme has worked with some exceptional athletes whose records are listed on the Records Board in the gym at the Team Evolution training base, and also listed below.

These records are updated on a bi-annual basis, with any new records ratified by two members of Team Evolution staff before being added to the board. Congratulations to all those athletes who have etched their names onto the records board so far.
