As Programme Director, Jordan oversees the Team Evolution programme from the U10 age group through to the athletes competing at Europa Cup level, as well as managing the off slope support staff. As a highly qualified coach who holds both BASI and UKCP qualifications, alongside a degree in Sport & Exercise and a Masters in Sports Psychology, Jordan brings an unparalleled level of understanding to the team. Before moving into this role, Jordan has been coaching for close to a decade, following on from a wealth of experience as an athlete including numerous years with the British Ski Team and appearances at the European Youth Olympics and victories across the UK domestic circuits.
