As Programme Director, Jordan oversees the delivery of the Team Evolution programme, guiding athlete development from the U10 level through to those competing at FIS and Europa Cup level. He also manages the off-slope support team, ensuring a holistic approach to athlete progression within the academy. Jordan is a highly qualified coach who holds both BASI and UKCP certifications, alongside a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Master’s in Sports Psychology, thus bringing a great amount of expertise to the role. Before taking on the role of Programme Director, Jordan spent close to a decade coaching, including time working on the World Cup tour and serving as Head Children’s Coach, where he delivered unparalleled success, leading his athletes to 8 National Overall titles. Having competed for the British Ski Team, represented Great Britain at the European Youth Olympics, and achieved multiple National Titles himself, Jordan combines firsthand experience with a deep understanding of long-term athlete development to drive performance at every level of the programme.
