As Head Coach, Paul oversees the delivery of the Team Evolution Athletic Programme across all age groups. With over 20 years of experience coaching skiers of all levels, he brings exceptional knowledge and expertise in every aspect of athletic development, ensuring that each training programme is delivered to the highest possible standard. Throughout his career, Paul has helped athletes win multiple National Titles at FIS level and has consistently progressed skiers to the levels of Europa Cup, World Junior Championships and other major events. His extensive coaching background also includes experience working with the British Men’s Slalom World Cup Team, further highlighting his ability to operate at the highest level of the sport. Alongside his role as Head Coach, Paul also leads the FIS Men’s Team.
