As Head Coach, Paul oversees the delivery of the Team Evolution Athletic Programme throughout the age groups. With over 20 years of experience working successfully with skiers of all ages and skill levels, Paul possesses huge knowledge and expertise in all areas of athletic development, and ensures that each training program is delivered to the highest possible standard. Alongside Stefan Georgiev, Paul is also responsible for coaching the FIS Team.
